No one ever wants to go first but they also don’t want to be last. #FirstMover

Amazing thing about early adopters – they can be hard to find for small audience tools.  Getting the first really active users to show up can be the hardest thing.  There’s something comforting to people about knowing that others have blazed the trail before them.

But at the same time, most people want to be through the door early.  Just not first.

Finding first movers is a critical piece to the success of anything.  Anyone can find early movers.  It’s much hard to find the first one.
