What is #CRE expertise?

Everyone says they know their local market and all the deals that occur.

Everyone thinks they can run the financial models to tell you the cost impact of your potential deal.

Everyone can go look up a bunch of data and “know” demographics and can tell you where to locate for the biggest bang for your buck.

Anyone can take an order from a client and go out and do what they are told.

In CRE, the real experts are the ones that can learn your business and understand who you are.  The real experts take the time to really understand not just the decision you are making but WHY you are making the decision.  A real expert is willing to challenge your current thinking and provide alternatives that you may not have considered yet.

Don’t choose someone who isn’t an expert – they aren’t on your side.  Choose the one that is willing to take your side by not just doing what they are told.
