What do you write when you don’t have anything in mind?

Sometimes no topic comes to mind. Maybe I waited too long in coming up with posts for this week. Maybe I just don’t have anything in particular to say this moment. Sometimes it’s a good thing to have writer’s block and sometimes it’s not.

I’m not sure whether my inability to find a topic today comes from a good or bad place. What it has provided me is an opportunity to think about writer’s block. And just like that, I’ve found a topic!

To you, my reader, it may not be the most interesting topic in the world but I love the message within it as much as anything. No matter what else, there’s always a topic that you can expand upon. When you don’t have anything in mind, write about that. When you can’t choose between five things, write about that.

Inspiration can come from everywhere. Just be open to it.
