A friend on LinkedIn recently posted about how people shouldn’t beat themselves up too much after making mistakes. Most things can be corrected and those things that cannot be corrected can be moved past.
It’s an important reminder to all of us (especially around this time of year). You can’t have success without failure. You can’t live life without mistakes. At the end of the day it’s intentions that matter and did we act with the best of intents to help people and get the right outcome.
