Sometimes the best way to be successful is to ask for help.

Some signs that you may need to be asking others for help:

  • If you think everything is going fine but everyone else is freaking out….you may need to ask for help.
  • If people keep telling you to check your numbers….you may need to ask for help.
  • If you haven’t gotten to that urgent task in the last 3 days….
  • If things are too quiet and you aren’t sure why….
  • If people keep having the same conversation with you and you don’t know what else you can do….
  • If you keep getting the same answer and it just doesn’t feel right….
  • If the client likes your numbers but thinks your presentations need to be clearer….
  • If you are never able to hit your scheduled deliverable dates….

Long story short, if you aren’t sure then just ask for help.  No one ever has to be the lone wolf, solitary hero.  There is always someone around for you to bounce thoughts, ideas or frustrations off of.
