You are providing the cog in the machine that makes the company run. And every year, every month, and every day the way employees use that office changes. Through turnover the culture changes slightly. Through organizational adjustments what is important to the employees shifts. New technology makes new ways of working available and possible.
Only by going back over and over to the business will you understand and keep up with all of these shifts.
