Open Source your thinking to improve yourself

Are you putting your ideas out there only for paying clients to see and hear?  Or are you putting your ideas out there for everyone?

If you aren’t putting your thoughts out into the public domain for external consumption and evaluation how do you know your ideas are superior?  A critical part of the idea evaluation process is having people point out the flaws.  Without seeing the issues in your ideas its hard to improve.  And if only paying clients are reviewing what you do, you’ve self-selected an audience that already agrees with your methods.

Not everyone is going to like you or your ideas.  And that’s the point.  Let the judges come out and tell you where you are wrong (or where they are wrong and you have found an innovation).

Open Source is the future and ideas are the software.
