Chances are, you probably aren’t doing things internally the way that you help your clients to do the same things.
It’s a natural thing. Often our organizations are most resistant to the very ideas that you are out in the marketplace selling. The pressure of hitting deadlines doesn’t allow the finance team to streamline the process. Procurement would love to put in place a purchasing strategy, but they just aren’t staffed enough to consider it. All the same arguments that clients give you. But you accept it from the internal teams but not from clients?
