Don’t Forget Industrial

So much time is spent focused on corporate offices.  They are the skyscrapers downtown, they are the high dollar business.  But when it comes to top line performance for most companies, Industrial is still king.  Look at the Fortune 500, how many wouldn’t be around if it weren’t for producing a product?

It’s always fun to win the big glamorous assignments in the landmark building, but sometimes the most value you can add is in the south side industrial parks.
