Corporate Campuses are great recruiting tools.

Business Pundit has posted a list of the 10 Coolest Corporate Campuses around the world.  I highly recommend you check it out because there are some very cool locations.

But to me the bigger picture here is the role that corporate real estate plays in recruitment and retention of employees.  If you have a large employee population in a given area then it is often worthwhile to make your offices reflective of the culture and people that you employ.

Workplaces in general are more than a place to work.  They are reflections of your business.  Keep that in mind as you flip through the above campuses.
