Changing Demographics

What’s your plan for adapting your real estate portfolio to a shifting customer base and employee base?  Is that firm you are using that has dots all over the map well equipped to help you develop your national real estate plan?  Your international plan?

Dots on the map are great if you know exactly where you are going to be and don’t need to compare a Dallas TX to a Denver CO or a Hong Kong.  But once you need more – once you need to see the true operational differences, that local guy that has done you so well is no longer capable or aligned with your new need.

So what are you doing to adjust to the future?
