Box Thoughts
October 20, 2014

Back from a much needed vacation. Now I get to think about how to drive best practices.

Best practices is a buzzword.  But it’s one that at least has meaning for brainstorming purposes.  Best practices is a goal and not something that actually exists.  Today’s best practice is tomorrow’s inefficiency (another buzzword!).

For some reason, whenever I return from vacation I’m energized to make the world a better place.  Whether that means through big changes or small.  I almost always come back seeking to not just do work – but to make work easier.  This time that means making our approach to certain account situations a bit more streamlined.

For me this time it also means focusing on how I communicate to accounts and internal team.s  Communication is one of those ever changing ideas and it’s worth giving it some more though again.

Looking forward to surprising myself with something soon.
