Sometimes life gets to be difficult. Everyone goes through phases where they don’t think things can get worse or that there are no sane people left around. It happens and usually after a few days it calms down again.
Sometimes the frustration doesn’t go away and it begins to grow into something else. It forces you to adapt to a new reality and find ways to get through. Hopefully these new processes can help you get back to a natural equilibrium even when the sources of frustration don’t go away.
(If you can see through the red haze) use these periods of time to improve yourself and what you do. These are the milestones of life that open new doors. Creative destruction is another way of putting it. Look for that silver lining that always makes things better.
