The sharing economy is the future. Information desires to be free. #CRE

Don’t fight it.  Sharing is more important than anything else that you can do.  Freely share your marketing materials, client deliverables, market data, and business philosophies.  If you don’t someone else will and take all of your glory and attention.

Think it won’t happen?  What’s the best way for a new youngster in the business to make a name for themselves?  Social media and online attention.  If they can prove themselves superior in words they will earn the following you are looking for.  Look at every other industry or profession out there and tell me that isn’t the pattern?

It hasn’t happened in CRE yet simply because of the difficulty in breaking in to even get a little experience.  100% commission models weed out a lot and limit the number that could use this methodology.  Give it time though and it will.
